1. No Investment Advice

ApexHolders is not a registered investment advisor. Data presented on this site does not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All investment decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified financial advisor.

2. Data Accuracy & Delays

While we strive for accuracy, 13F and Form 4 data is sourced from public SEC filings which may contain errors. Data is delayed by at least 15 minutes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this platform.

3. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or redistribute data obtained from ApexHolders without permission.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of a new subscription. Cancel anytime through your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

ApexHolders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
